ورشة عمل “التدريب المستمر في أكاديمية الاتحاد للتدريب الإعلامي”

نظمت أكاديمية الاتحاد للتدريب الإعلامي ورشة تنسيقية حول “التدريب المستمر في أكاديمية الاتحاد للتدريب الإعلامي” وذلك في تونس يومي 01 و02 أكتوبر 2024، بإشراف المهندس عبد الرحيم سليمان، المدير العام لاتحاد إذاعات الدول العربية ورئاسة المهندس د. رياض نجم، رئيس المجلس الاستشاري لأكاديمية الاتحاد للتدريب الإعلامي وبمشاركة 11 مسؤولا عن التدريب لدى 7 هيئات أعضاء في الاتحاد وهي الجزائر وتونس والسعودية وسلطنة عمان، وقطر، وفلسطين، والعراق.
وحضر هذه الورشة الأستاذ سعد الجريس، عضو المجلس الاستشاري للأكاديمية وتم تكليفه بمهمة المقرر لأعمال الورشة، بالإضافة إلى وفد الإدارة العامة للاتحاد وفريق الأكاديمية.
تم تنفيذ هذه الورشة بناءًا على توصية صادرة عن الاجتماع التاسع للمجلس الاستشاري للأكاديمية على خلفية تقرير وتوصيات الندوة الدولية التي نظمتها الأكاديمية والخاصة بتقييم أداء الأكاديمية خلال السنوات الخمس الأولى من تأسيسها (الحمامات، يوليو 2022)، وذلك في مجال تعزيز أواصر التواصل مع الهيئات الأعضاء، وإحكام آليات هذا العمل من خلال التنسيق والتعامل المباشر مع مسؤولي التدريب في الهيئات الأعضاء، والعمل على تحيين قاعدة بيانات بالمسؤولين عن التدريب في الهيئات الأعضاء التي تم إرساؤها.
وتضمنت هذه الورشة استعراض آليات عمل الأكاديمية تولى تقديمها الدكتور رضا النجار، المشرف على الأكاديمية والتي تؤكد سعي الأكاديمية وحرصها على توفير تدريب عال الجودة من خلال توظيف طرق وآليات في التدريب تواكب التطوّرات التكنولوجية المتسارعة وتأمين محتويات التدريب الحضوري والتدريب عن بعد بالمعايير العلمية والبيداغوجية الحديثة، بهدف تحقيق المهنية والجودة والتميّز.
كما أن توسيع شبكة علاقات التعاون والشراكة العربية والدولية وتعزيزها، لدليل صارخ بأن الأكاديمية أثبتت حضورها الفاعل والمُشع في الساحة العربية والدولية.
كما حرصت الورشة أولا على الاستماع إلى مسؤولي التدريب عن كل ما يهم العملية التدريبية صلب الهيئات، حيث تميزت مداولات الورشة بنقاش مستفيض وصريح وتبادل بناء بين المشاركين وفريق الأكاديمية، وأفضى إلى جملة من التوصيات تضمنت مقترحات لسبل تعزيز فرص التدريب المتاحة ومزيد إحكام بيئة التواصل المستمر بين الطرفين وإدراج مثل هذا الاجتماع دورياً.
Workshop on “Continuous Training at the ASBU Media Training Academy ”

The ASBU Academy organized a coordinating workshop on “Continuous Training at the ASBU Media Training Academy ” in Tunis on October 1 and 2, 2024.
This Workshop was presided over by Eng. Mr. Abdelrahim Suleiman, ASBU Director General and chaired by Eng. Dr Riyadh Kamal Najm, Chairman of the ASBU Academy Consultative Council with the participation of 11 training officials from 7 ASBU member Organizations, including Algeria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Palestine, and Iraq, in addition to Top Officials and the Academy’s Team.
Mr Saad Al-Jarees, Member of the Academy’s Consultative Council, attended the workshop and was assigned the task of Rapporteur for the workshop’s proceedings.
This workshop was held based on a recommendation from the Ninth meeting of the Academy’s Consultative Council, following the Report and Recommendations from the International Seminar organized by the Academy, which assessed the Academy’s performance during its first five years (Hammamet June 2022). This recommendation aims particularly in enhancing communication ties with member bodies and refining the mechanisms of this communication through direct coordination with training officials in the ASBU Member Organizations, as well as updating a database of Training Officials in these Organizations.
The workshop included a presentation of the Academy’s operational mechanisms, delivered by Dr. Ridha Najjar, the ASBU Academy Manager, emphasizing the Academy’s commitment to providing high-quality training by employing methods and techniques that keep pace with rapid technological developments and ensuring that both in-person and online training content adhere to the same scientific and pedagogical standards, aiming to achieve professionalism, quality, and excellence.
Furthermore, the expansion and strengthening of the network of Arab and international cooperation and partnership is clear evidence that the Academy has proven its active and influential presence on both the Arab and international stages.
The workshop prioritized listening to participating Training Officials regarding all matters pertinent to the training process at the member Organizations. The discussions were characterized by in-depth and frank discussion leading to constructive exchanges between participants and the Academy team, resulting in a series of recommendations that included proposals for enhancing available training opportunities and further refining the environment of continuous communication between the two parties, and establishing regular meetings with them.
