اختتام الدورة التدريبية الحضورية حول “تدريب المدربين في المجال السمعي البصري”
استمرارا في تكريس استراتيجيتها الهادفة إلى توسيع قاعدة المدربين العرب، نظمت أكاديمية الاتحاد للتدريب الإعلامي الدورة السنوية حول “تدريب المدربين ” في تونس وذلك خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 15 سبتمبر 2023 تحت عنوان “تدريب المدربين في المجال السمعي البصري”.
شارك في هذه الدورة 11 متدرباً من 06 هيئات عضوة في الاتحاد في كل من تونس، الجزائر، اليمن، الأردن، لبنان والسعودية.
ومن أهم المحاور التي تناولتها هذه الدورة التدريبية :
- مدخل إلى المفاهيم الأساسية لتعليم وتدريب الكهول
- المصادر المفتوحة واحترام الملكية الفكرية
- تصميم وإعداد محتوى تفاعلي
- تقييم عملية التعلّم
- مدخل إلى التدريب عن بعد
- أعمال تطبيقية فردية وجماعية حول مشاريع دروس.
وقد تولى تنفيذ هذه الدورة كلا الخبيران من تونس، الدكتور عادل بن تازيري والأستاذ محمد علي النحالي.
Closing of the in-person training session on “Training of Trainers in the Audiovisual Field”
Ensuring the continuation of organizing, annually, the Training Session for Arab Trainers ( Training of Trainers) aiming at expanding the network of Arab trainers,
the ASBU Media Training Academy organized the annual 2023 session “Training Of Trainers” (TOT) in Tunis from 11 to 15 September2023, with focus on: “Training Of Trainers in the Audiovisual Field.”
Eleven (11) trainees from 6 ASBU member Organizations from Tunisia, Algeria, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia participated in this training.
The most important topics covered in this training session have been:
– An introduction to the basic concepts of Adults educating and training
– Open sources and respect of Intellectual Property
– Design and prepare interactive content
– Evaluating the learning process
– Introduction to Distance Training
– Individual and group practical work on submitted lessons’ projects.
This Training Session has been conducted by two experts from Tunis, Dr. Adel Ben Taziri and Prof. Mohamed Ali Nahali
